The quote tool
The form gathers gender, birthdate, self-rated wellness, tobacco use, desired protection, and coverage duration. These responses go to a rate-retrieval service through the carriers' infrastructure and are not retained by our system. Viewing quotes requires no personal name, location, phone or email. Repeated identical quote queries might be delivered from a cache to spare repeated calls to the carrier service.
Applying
If you elect to proceed with an application, your entered information pre-fills the secure application through the carriers' infrastructure, where you will follow their confidentiality regulations. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance company (License 0B75129), processes applications.
The contact form
The contact form requires your name, electronic mail address, optional phone number, preferred reply mode, a category, and your inquiry. It gets delivered by mail to the office; your email serves as the return address. Our system maintains no archived copy, no submission registry and no retained communication history. A brief safety mechanism in your browser runs before submission.
Measurement
This site counts visitor sessions via first-party, cookieless tracking hosted from this domain. No cookies or machine-specific identifiers are produced; your IP is cut to two bytes prior to being saved; parameters from referrer links are stripped; server data is dropped after ninety days. Guests that signal Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control will not be tracked.
What we do not do
This site does not buy or hand over personal data, run ad trackers, or pull in third-party visitor analysis. Carriers' application infrastructure is the sole external script, active exclusively on the application section if you proceed there.
